This course is the first step in the Worship Path series, created to give worship pianists the essential skills needed to play with clarity, confidence, and purpose. It lays the groundwork for modern worship piano by focusing on strong fundamentals that translate directly to real worship settings.
You’ll learn practical chart-reading, basic chord shapes, simple theory, effective pedal use, and how to use pads and string sounds tastefully. Through guided jam sessions, you’ll build left-hand strength, improve coordination, and begin developing comfort playing in more than one key. The course centers on the keys of C and G, providing an accessible starting point while preparing you for smoother key transitions later in the series.
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to confidently support worship songs in C and G with solid timing, clean harmony, and a musical approach that serves the song—setting you up for continued growth as you move deeper into the Worship Path.

This course takes you from the fundamentals of country piano to playing full songs in the style of the greats. Start by learning the essential keys, grooves, pentatonic scales, and soloing tips, then add advanced techniques like octave tricks, left-hand patterns, walk-ups, slip notes, and hammer-ons to capture that authentic country sound.
This course introduces the foundations of blues piano in the key of A. You’ll learn the 12-bar blues form, basic 7th chords, and essential right- and left-hand movements that create an authentic blues (and Gospel-style) sound. By exploring the blues scale as a shape, using drone notes, and finishing with classic blues endings, you’ll gain the skills to play simple, confident blues from start to finish.
