G Scale 1 Octave

About This Lesson

The G major scale only has one black note, so if you can remember F# instead of F then you will be well on your way.  Try and visualize the G scale as a shape and memorize the way that looks.  The notes are G A B C D E F#.  When playing with the right hand you will use this fingering order: 12312345.  When playing with the left hand you will use this fingering order: 54321321.

In this lesson you will learn how to play the Right and Left Hand part.  Good luck!  Think F#.
